The death of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II Minutes: The Chairman informed Members that the death of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II had been announced shortly before the scheduled start of the meeting. In view of this sad news, and as a mark of respect to Her Majesty, the meeting would not be held and business would roll forward to the next meeting of the Board in October.
The Board observed two minutes silence in memory of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II.
The meeting was then suspended at 19.05pm. |

Post Meeting Note: Sarah Ashton - Development Manager Minutes: Following the meeting, the Chairman asked for the Board’s appreciation for the work carried out by Sarah Ashton, Development Manager, to be recorded as she was leaving the Council before the Board’s next meeting. He also wished to put his personal thanks on record and gave his best wishes for her future. |
